Newbie from Manila
Newbie from Manila
hi,
i'm a newbie from Manila Philippines.
i bought a celica TA22/RA22 which is originally a right hand drive.
its already converted to left hand when i bought it.
as you can see the wipers are still on the right hand drive config..
the car is in the shop right now and currently undergoing body repair.
its good to know that there's a community for celica owners and enthusiasts.
i saw a lot of good celicas built from scratch here. hopefully i can restore my celica well.
here is a picture of my celica. i found out its much worse than it looks on this picture..

i know someone who sells the roof attenas. brand new old stoock made by BOSCH.
they were popular here in the States too! it was the look of the 80's. i think they were orginal equipment for the Renault cars.

Lahat ng mga old school cars of the day may roof antenna. Lancer, Galant, Celeste, Corolla, Gemini, Mach Machine, etc... etc... If it were me just leave it. It fits the era of the car. Besides if you remove it and weld the hole shut you have to take out the headliner and repaint the roof. Pare guapo siya just leave it.......
Re: Newbie from Manila
