RA28 from Denmark
RA28 from Denmark
Hi guys
It's a nice site you got here, you can spent hours reading about our wonderful old cars here..
I'm 39 years old, a very big Toyota enthusiast, has in my working life been working for Toyota almost always.
I have owned my RA28 for just over 20 years now, unfortunately has time not allowed me to do a lot of work on it for the last years, but I'm starting to do some more work on it now.
A few facts of my car:
18 RG Engine
HKS 288 cams
OE electronic ignition
TRD sparkplug wires
P51 transmission
AE86 rear end/brakes
TRD springs
TRD bushes
Tokico dampers
8x15 Rial rims
Things to come:
Costum alloy radiator (just needs to be fitted)
Front brake upgrade
TRD header (needs glassblasting and new paint)
HARADA SHOKAI intakmanifold (got it new in Japan last summer, just needs to be ported and fitted)

That is a beautiful car! And nice job with the signature! Looks like you do some playing in photoshop as well.
Welcome to the board!

Hi, thanks for the nice words and warm welcome everybody.
Yes I try to keep it as clean as possible, and keep the modifications under the skin.
Blaze86Vic, I'm sorry to disapoint you about my skills in Photoshop, I snatched the picture on some Japanese homepage... Nice to see that you do some serious racing in your Celica, my next project..
c76, fint at vi er lidt skandinaver her, noget af et projeckt du har gang i!!
Here are there a few pics. of the interior, its pretty much stock, in a relative good condition, but it can and will be improved.
And a shot from the rear:
Be safe out there

Wow great looking car. Does anybody know where you can get that plastic piece that he has under his glove box? Did the North American versions come with that, I only seem to see them on celicas outside the states? I think it makes the interior look a little more finished.

Re: RA28 from Denmark
That may be what it is called. It looks like a place to store things and covers all the AC stuff. I have five 76-77 celicas 2 with AC and none of them have had that piece.
Re: RA28 from Denmark
Hello, pretty car. My car does not have that piece either, and I've never seen one before. Anyone else/ Seems pretty rare. can you post the wheel and tire size, please?. Nice choice, not too big, not too small...mike

Yes a very nice and clean LB, and a cool looking signature regardless of where it came from.
Welcome to the group!
Pete
As for that tray under the glove box, I thought I saw one for sale not too long ago, but can't remember where. Thought it was listed as a map tray.
NO wait, I found it!!! HERE and called a lower dash tray!
