I'm the proud owner of a 76 RA28 GTV (white) I'm trying to do the rack & pinion conversion, can anyone tell me in simple terms what crossmember & rack will fit, have RA65 x member but its too wide, can maybe get my hands on KE70 corolla x member & rack, would it be the best option ? have also got a V8 to drop in at some stage as well

Can any of you guys tell me if the corolla DX crossmember fits the RA28 ?

There is a guy on here from Limerick called Pat Kelly, send him a pm.
There isn't any bolt in cross member for a v8 as far as I know. Pat is using a modified AE86 power steering cross member and rack
