Hi,

Am new to this forum but not so new about Celicaz.

I just purchased yesterday a 1977 Celica CT LB from California and will be transporting it around the planet to the other side where I live in a place called Dubai. I have owned a 1976 Celica LB back in the 80s and I owned several 2nd generation Celicas too. I was looking for a nice 1977 lb Celica with clean body to buy and I found one in an auction side few days ago. The car is a California car and I bought it for a total of 1200 $ but will have to pay around 2300 $ for the transport. So the car will land at my door step for around 3500 $.

In addition to this Celica I have a 1978 Toyota corolla KE30, A 1979 Toyota supra mk1 and a 1976 Datsun 280Z.

Enjoy. I hope it makes the trip unscathed. Did you happen to get it from the auction in Sacramento? It's nice to know where some of the cars we see come up for sale go.

Bought it last night from the auction and was wondering if any one knew anything about it ? ... I just saw it from the pics that were provided and it looked solid to me. the inside is nice and complete and its bone stock.
