Hi Im new

Hi im new! this is my first celica. i am 12. i want to put an 18rg head on my 20r motor. I have no money and i am going to pester everyone i can to get answers.

Welcome aboard to 1stgencelica Mark. Hope you learn a lot from here... There's more into going 18rg from a 20r motor man, not easy but it can be done with lots of work and parts.

I am soo glad my dad gave me this 1982 celica. Did toyota ever make a diesel for these cars? I love the tourque my dads ford f250 puts out. that would be soo cool. I really need help on my 18rge project. where can i get an engine? can someone send me a link with a picture. im not sure if i have seen one yet. I spent hours reading this board and it is a little confusing. maybe i should put a datsun 240z engine in it. cool with 3 carborators on it. i bet they are fast. Ray i love the picture of the toyota engine on your signature! Is that the 18rge??
