Hi I have rejoined and thought it was a good time to share my cars. My celica history goes back along way having owned a white 1973 TA22 st and a bronze 1975 TA22gt back in the 1970, now sadly long gone . But 24 years ago I bought another Ta22gt in bronze which i still have and then a year or so late a one owner brown 1975 Ta22st, with one owner and currently 84K, photo link attached. This is back on the road for the summer as now tax exempt as over 40 years old.
A few years later a white 1975 Ta22gt arrived with 67k on and full history and then a 1977 ra28Gt with 88k , which I still have .
I run the register of these cars for one of the celica clubs in the uk and we have seem a massive resurgence in these cars with an equalling rise in price. Good Ta22st' are make £12-£15k with really nice examples closer to £20k.
The Ta22gt is the really sought after model with only 30 survivors of the 300 imported and only 5 roadworthy ones and 13 Ta23gt survivors of the 100 imported with only 3 roadworthy ones, so difficult to find.
Will put some more photos up in due course but just wanted to say hello.
