There is a clean celica that lives down the street from me. I want to buy it but i don't know how much to offer. I was going to leave a note on the car saying that i will buy it for $1000. Is that a lowball offer?
Welcome to the board.
Price depends on condition, condition, condition....
This one looks completely stock and first paint. If there's no real rust issues and it runs good, your 1000 will be pretty low. Prepare to spend a few grand.
Go for it and see what happens. GL!

Then again they might want to or need to sell it and think no one is interested.. Leave a note asking if for sale and what they would take for it. Then counter offer with your number and go from there. A nice wad of 100's speaks loud.

My guess is 77 due to a passenger side door mirror and 77 style steel rims also 76 had no front plastic inner fenders I believe. probably a 77. Id offer 1500-2000 if it was me.
