Hello everyone, i just recently joined this site and have already enjoyed looking around and looking
forward on meeting new freinds either from here or out there in car shows ..... i just recently
found a long lost friend from highschool - Ray, saw him at the toyotafest in Long Beach ... i am so glad to have
someone that have the same passion to old Toyota's... although i have a 74 corolla that i am restoring right
now !! maybe i can show this car by next year .. if money and time permits and of course Ray's help... i know i
will be needing it!!!! meeting ray, andy, and kong made my long trip worth while ... thanks !!!!

i'll post new pics tomorrow ... just painted my supra rims and put it on - actually looks very nice...
i have some pics of my corolla on the project gallery ... took those pics before i did a little restoration
in the inside .. replaced lots of things in the inside .. replaced all the weather stripping already !!
it's starting to look nice ... next thing i want to do is the body works ... removing some minor rust spots !!
anyone knows a good body shop aroung here in Vallejo ?????? and then maybe start with the engine ....
still deciding what to put in it ???? what do you think ??????????

i do know someone that has a 4TGTE. an 8plug, twin cam, turbo charged version of the T series motor.

the motor was used in Group B Rally Racing and is a pretty rare motor from what i have read on it. he is the only one i know of that has it... the motor is in a running Corolla right now and i could arrange a test drive for you if you'd like.

the motor and Corolla will be showcased at the MJS show in Vallejo! it would be a good swap for your Peanut with a custom rack and pinion swap as well. take a look at it first and then decide.

he is from Stockton... just let me know.
